These FAQs apply generally to all Design Wiz Tools apps. However, specific requirements or features may be stated on each app’s sales page, which take precedence over these general FAQs. In addition, specific FAQs are available within each app's sales page.

Are future updates included?

Absolutely! All future updates, improvements, and releases are included at no extra cost to existing customers.

Is Step-by-Step Training Available?

Yes - all apps come with step-by-step video training walking you through the entire process right from creation to getting results.

Purchases & Refunds

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Every Design Wiz Tools app includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not fully satisfied, just contact support for a full refund within 30 days.

Are there any upsells or hidden costs?

There are no monthly or yearly fees ever! You only pay ONCE. However, some apps have 2 plans: a Basic and an Advanced. See both plans on the app's sales page. If you choose the Basic, you will be able to upgrade to the advanced plan later.

Can I use the app commercially?

Commercial use depends on each app. Please check the license terms on the individual sales page for specific permissions.

Technical & Compatibility

Which operating systems are supported?

All Design Wiz Tools apps work on both Windows and Mac computers, as well as most tablets and other modern devices.

Do the apps include Unlimited Usage?

Check the individual app sales page for specific information based on plan selected.

Can I Upload My Own Images and Media?

Depending on the app, you can easily upload all your own images, photos, logos and other content to add to your videos. Check the app's sales page for this option.

What Languages are supported?

Check each app sales page for the languages available. If your own is not available, contact Support to ask that it be added. Additional languages are constantly being added as they become available.

Each app includes a Support link that connects you directly to assistance if needed.

Can I transfer my license to another computer?

Yes. You may install the app on another computer or device you own.
